Walter is a pet nutritionist and animal welfare advocate.
His company “Fluffy Boss” provides services and products including consultation, education, therapeutic tailed meals, functional pet treats and meal toppers.
Walter’s consultation service is loved by many pet-owners. Through evaluating present feeding practice and pets’ condition, he gives advice on optimal feeding regimen alongside tailored meal plans that thoroughly satisfy animal's nutritional needs. He guides owners to feed appropriately, manages pets’ weight and makes informed decisions about supplements which ultimately improve the healthspan of companion animals.
His tailored meals are also highly appreciated by the Paws Guardian Veterinary Centre to gain appetite and enhance vitality of rescued or post-surgery animals.
Moreover, Walter believes that feeding natural and minimally processed foods has profound benefits on the health and longevity of pets. He has been invited by brands, NGOs, pet shops and pet owner communities to hold seminars sharing his knowledge and expertise as well as raising awareness of the significance of nutritional management to prevent diseases.
He also organizes cooking classes for pet owners in order to deliver relevant knowledge in a more interesting yet practical way to the general public. He is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin which allows him to promote the importance of animal nutrition and wellness to a wider range of audiences.
Animal welfare
Additionally, Walter dedicates his spare time on animal rescue and rehome. He is the volunteer coordinator, duty manager and certified trainer at Paws United Charity. He coordinates & educates volunteers, processes adoption applications and organizes events. Not only does he actively participate in voluntary work, his company also donates to charities and shelters.
Walter is committed to continuous advance study as to maintain up-to-date industry knowledge so he can share the latest insight and provide the best service to animals and their owners. His upcoming agenda is to pursue a MSc in animal science.
Charity Work & Partner
Walter first started his volunteer and dog handler experience 10 years ago at Society for Abandoned Animals, since then he became an animal welfare advocate.
He continued his voluntary work at Paws United Charity as a core member since 2020. He coordinates and trains volunteers, organises events, carry out adoption interview and processes adoption application.
Furthermore, his brand has been donating to the charity via product sales and festive treats (such as mooncake, Lunar New Year snack box) for the past years.
Integrating Pet Nutrition into Quality of Life
Walter is competent in creating balanced diet. However, to him, it is not enough. Pets are our family members, they deserve more than just a meal !
Pets should also enjoy quality of life when they eat. Thus, he applies his aesthetic to food production making the meals not only nutritiously balanced but also appealing.

Walter is also passionated in the pet culinary
adventure to curate exquisite victual.
From cookies to pies, pizzas to Chinese rice dumplings, he combines knowledge of pet nutrition and cooking. This not elevates the form of pet food but also enhances the life quality of pet.
Seminar and Cooking Class
Walter’s pet owner cooking classes not only educate owners in pet nutrition but also establish stronger bonding between owners and their furry companions.
He has been invited by NGOs, pet product brands, pet friendly malls …etc for various seminars and cooking classes. Positive feedbacks are given by owners on how they enjoy the heartwarming yet informative workshop to learn more about pet nutrition.
